To participate in the Ventura Football Network Showcase, players must meet the following criteria:

• Age Range: Players must be between the ages of 15-25.

• Skill Level: The event is open to players of all skill levels. However, participants should have prior experience playing in competitive matches (club, high school, or recreational leagues).

• Health and Fitness: Players must be in good physical condition to participate in full-field matches. A signed waiver may be required to confirm fitness for play.

• Commitment: Participants must be available for their assigned match times and follow all event guidelines.

• 11v11 Full-Field Matches: Players will compete in high-level, full-length matches, providing the best environment for scouts to evaluate their skills.

• Global Live-Streaming: The entire event will be live-streamed globally, allowing scouts, coaches, and fans from around the world to watch.

• Scout Attendance: We have invited scouts from professional clubs, colleges, and universities to observe the event and identify talent.

• $500 MVP Scholarship: The MVP of each event will receive a $500 scholarship toward their future football endeavors.

• To Register for any of our upcoming showcases: Select the showcase you would like to attend, fill out the player information form, and submit payment.

• Player Cap: Registration is capped at 50 players per showcase. Don’t miss your chance to secure your spot!

• Registration Fee: $100 per player. We believe that every player deserves the opportunity to showcase their talents regardless of financial constraints, which is why we offer a variety of financial aid options. These include:

  • Discounted Payment Plans: Flexible payment options to make participation more affordable.

  • Group/Team Rates: Special pricing for clubs or teams registering multiple players.

  • Scholarships: Partial scholarships are available for players who demonstrate need.

• Each showcase will feature multiple full-field 11v11 matches. Each match is 60 minutes long, giving players ample time to showcase their abilities. Players are guaranteed to participate in two games per showcase, providing them with extended exposure to scouts and coaches.

• Official schedule of events will be released closer to the event date

• What to Bring: Players should bring their own boots, shin guards, and any additional personal gear.

• Check-In Process: Players must arrive at least 30 minutes prior to their match for check-in. Upon arrival, players will receive their Adidas event shirt and further instructions.

• Scouting and Networking: Scouts will be present (either in person or virtually through our live stream) throughout the event, giving each player the chance to showcase their talents. Players will also receive analytics and footage from the event for personal use and promotion, ensuring they have the resources to continue advancing their football careers.

• Who is eligible to participate?

  No, while competitive experience is encouraged, you do not need to be currently affiliated with a team to participate.

• Can parents and family members attend the event?

  Yes, friends and family are welcome to attend. The event is open to spectators, and matches will also be live-streamed for those who cannot attend in person.

• What happens if it rains or if there’s bad weather?

  The event will continue rain or shine. In case of severe weather, we will notify all participants of any delays or changes to the schedule.

• Will there be any medical staff or first aid available?

  Yes, trained medical staff will be present throughout the event in case of any injuries or emergencies.

• What if I can’t attend the entire event?

  Players are expected to be present for their assigned games. If you have any scheduling conflicts, please notify us in advance to ensure your participation is not impacted.

• How will I receive my video footage and analytics?

  After the event, players will be provided access to their video footage and Hudl analytics via email. The timeline for this distribution will be communicated after the showcase.

• Are there refunds if I can’t attend?

  Refunds may be available depending on the circumstances. Please refer to our refund policy or contact us for more information.

• How do I apply for financial aid?

• What if I don’t have any previous video or highlight tape?

  No problem! Our showcase is designed to give you everything you need to create a professional player profile. Every player will receive high-quality video footage from their matches, as well as analytics through Hudl. This will allow you to build or enhance your highlight tape for future scouting and promotion opportunities.

• What teams or universities will be scouting the event?

  We work closely with a range of professional clubs, college programs, and universities from various levels. While the specific list of attending scouts may vary by event, we ensure that each showcase is accessible to scouts both in-person and through our live stream. A confirmed list of scouts will be shared with registered players prior to the event, and we update attendees as more teams and universities confirm their participation.

• How will I know if a scout is interested in me?

  Scouts may approach players directly during the event or follow up afterward. We also provide your contact information and event footage to scouts for further evaluation. If a scout expresses interest, you’ll likely receive communication from them or their team within a few days after the showcase. Additionally, we encourage players to stay proactive and reach out to any scouts or coaches they connect with during the event.
