Tal Nachimzon is one of the co-founders of Sporting FC and serves as the driving force behind the club’s administration and operations. Passionate about the growth of soccer in the U.S., Tal has been instrumental in shaping the structure of Sporting FC and continues to play a key role in its expansion. His commitment to creating opportunities for players and building a strong soccer community makes him a vital leader in the club’s future.

Jon Meyers is fully dedicated to elevating football in Westlake Village, California. With over 20 years of coaching experience at the semi-professional, collegiate, high school, and youth levels, Jon is shaping the foundation of Sporting FC’s youth and amateur programs.
Jon’s coaching philosophy is based on universal football principles, ensuring that every player and coach within Sporting FC follows a structured, developmental approach to the game. His mission is to create a club culture with strong values, traditions, and a clear vision for success.
As Director of Football Operations, Jon is actively building a coaching staff committed to innovation in the art of coaching. He is also focused on the technical and tactical development of Sporting FC players, ensuring that every athlete is prepared for the next level.

Aerick Brown is a respected coach in the Ventura County soccer community, bringing years of experience in youth player development and college recruitment. As a co-founder of Sporting FC, Aerick is dedicated to helping players gain exposure and opportunities at the next level.
With a vast network of college contacts, Aerick plays a pivotal role in guiding players through the college recruitment process. His expertise ensures that Sporting FC athletes have the best opportunities to connect with college programs and earn scholarships.
Aerick also coaches Sporting FC’s B05 and B03 teams, focusing on developing high-level technical and tactical skills.

Cameron DeJong brings a player-first perspective to Sporting FC, having started as a player and worked his way up to captain of the UPSL Men's First Team. Now serving as a Director at Sporting FC and the Founder of Ventura Football Network (VFN), Cameron is committed to breaking barriers in football and creating opportunities for players regardless of financial background.
With firsthand experience in high-level competition and leadership, Cameron understands the challenges players face and has dedicated himself to developing clear pathways for success—whether it’s college recruitment, semi-professional opportunities, or international exposure.
Through Ventura Football Network, Cameron has built a strong scouting and recruiting network, helping players gain access to college programs, professional teams, and international clubs. His work is instrumental in expanding Sporting FC’s reach and impact.

Assistant Coach – California State University, Northridge (CSUN)
Marlon Del Valle is in his third year as goalkeeper coach at Sporting FC, bringing high-level experience from both the collegiate and professional levels. He currently serves as an assistant coach at CSUN, where he works with the university’s top goalkeepers.
Previously, Marlon coached at Loyola Marymount University (LMU), where he mentored West Coast Conference Goalkeeper of the Year Jacob Jackson, who posted a 0.67 goals against average and eight shutouts.
Marlon has also trained goalkeepers at Chaminade College Prep, Oaks Christian High School, and multiple youth academies. His playing career includes stints with LA Blues (USL), PRO San Fernando Scorpions, PRO Sporting San Fernando (UPSL), and City of Angels FC (NPSL).
